Visions For Vacancies: Former Savers

Periodically, I’ll feature a commercial building, business or lot for lease and for sale and ask you what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep.

If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

  1. We no longer have a shoe store or a sporting goods store in Bristol, so I vote for those.

  2. Hmmmm a huge daycare,Christmas tree shop,buffet place,Burlington coat factory, book store , bath and body, an art studio???something good that everyone can enjoy we don’t need anymore coffee,walk ins or gyms! I would gladly apply wherever as well

  3. Burlington Coat Factory in the old Savers building and a Christmas Tree shop in the old Walmart Grocery Store. We need another place to shop for clothes. All we have I believe is Walmart and TJ Maxx. We could even use a Borders in the old Blockbusters building.

  4. Burlington coat factory and the old Shaws / Walmart Grocery store should be the Christmas tree shop
