Americans waiting for their stimulus check can receive notice of when it arrives in their mailbox thanks to a United States Postal Service program.
USPS’ Informed Delivery program offers residents a digital preview of their mail with emails of greyscale images of incoming letters. The program is free to the public and also allows users to track the delivery status of packages and reschedule missed deliveries.
In order to start previewing mail, residents must sign up and verify their identity. Users can expect to receive notifications within three business days after signing up.
Residents who earn less than $75,000 annually will receive a $1200 check and $500 for each child in their household. Residents who earn more than $99,000 are exempt from receiving the benefit.
