Arthur G. Russell Co. Named Top Workplace Two Years in a Row

The Arthur G. Russell Company, Inc. (AGR), a leading provider of automatic assembly equipment, announced today that it has been awarded Top Workplace honors by the Hartford Courant for the second year in a row.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

“We strive to provide a positive work environment for our employees,” says Bob Ensminger, CEO of Arthur G. Russell. “This honor is a testimony to our efforts in creating an engaging culture that exemplifies our company philosophy which is to provide challenging, rewarding and secure jobs for our team members,” adds Ensminger.

“Every person that comes to work here every day plays a critical role in making the best automation equipment in the world, creating strong partnerships with our customers and making AGR the best place to work,” said Jason Ensminger, Executive Vice President of Arthur G. Russell.

“We are pleased to be named a top workplace once again,” says Mark Burzynski, President of Arthur G. Russell. “AGR has always been a great place to work and this recognition helps differentiate us in a highly-competitive technical talent market place.”

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them an advantage.”
