Bristol Police Lieutenant honored by Salvation Army

On Monday, March 26, 2018 the Bristol Salvation Army held their 1st annual Appreciation Luncheon & Award Banquet.

Lieutenant Richard Guerrera was honored by the Salvation Army and received the Spirit of Christmas award for his work on the BPD’s toy drive. Lt. Guerrera organizes the charitable collection each year and donates the toys to the Salvation Army.

The 2017 toy drive collected approximately 2,000 toys that went to help Bristol families. Lt. Guerrera accepted the award on behalf of all those who donated to the toy drive.
