Visions for Vacancies: Former Chasers Cafe

211 Riverside Ave. Rt. 72

Periodically, I’ll feature a commercial building, business or lot for lease and for sale and ask you what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep.

If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

This edition of Visions For Vacancies is the former Chasers Cafe.

The space has lots of window space and great road visibility with on sight parking in front and in rear. The space also has a rear deck for outside seating.

Should it stay a bar?

So, what would you like to see there?

Tell me on the Bristol Roundup Facebook page.

Know of a vacant building I should highlight? Let me know!
