The CT Lottery Mobile App “Scan Tickets” feature operated incorrectly on Saturday, August 12 through Monday, August 14 for draw tickets only.
Some winning draw tickets scanned incorrectly as “non-winning” tickets. Instant ticket scanning during that time period was not affected.
If you scanned draw tickets during that time, you should check your tickets again.
The Mobile App “Scan Tickets” feature is now fully operational.
