Restaurant robbed in Bristol

Bristol Police Officers responded to a report of a robbery around 9:30pm at the Subway Restaurant, 815 Pine Street.

An investigation found that the lone male suspect displayed a handgun to two of the employees and demanded the money from the cash register.

The male exited the restaurant with an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect was described as a white male approximately 50 years of age.

Neither employee was injured in the robbery.

The incident remains under investigation by both the Bristol Police Patrol and Criminal Investigation Divisions.
