Visions For Vacancies: 190 Main Street, Former PC Techs 4U Location

10290639_10202382255022164_8037602162209149662_nBRISTOL – Periodically, the Central Connecticut Post will feature a vacant commercial building and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Today we are featuring 190 Main Street. Owner Ken Hicks of PC Techs 4U said “Hello everyone PC TECHS 4U has moved to 461 North Main Street Bristol CT. one street over.”

The building is owned by R-Z Realty Of Bristol LLC. Most know of the building being owned by Tom Zipp. Most building owners on the eastside of Main Street are banking on phase one to happen. The new construction could raise rents by making the buildings more attractive with new construction across the street.

Some may call this a “prime location”.

So, what would you like to see there? Tell us on our Facebook page.

Know of a vacant building we should highlight? Let us know!
