Home Invasion On Shawn Drive

10009843_10203501727086254_1775077004_nBRISTOL – Around 10PM on Wednesday a lone male wielding a gun forced his way into a Shawn Drive apartment in the commission of a home invasion threatening a 20-year-old female with the weapon. The female was not injured.

The female victim had just emptied the trash outside and was making her way back into the apartment when the male prevented her from closing the door and forced his way into the apartment. The suspect was described as 5’8”-5’10”, medium build and dressed in a black mask, black pants and jacket along with black gloves and black “Nike” sneakers.

The suspect was unable to make off with anything and then exited through the rear door to the apartment.  The victim then ran to her grandmother’s home whereupon the Bristol Police were called approximately one hour after the crime.

The incident remains under investigation and anyone with information about this crime is asked to call the Bristol Police at 860-584-3011.
