Visions For Vacancies: 81 North Main Street

a61190908c5a425ea946680b747e9d80BRISTOL – Periodically, the Central Connecticut Post will feature a vacant commercial building and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Today we are featuring 81 North Main Street.  A local realty company is offering the 1,100 SF at $14 /SF/Year.

The brokerage firm describes the space as being located in a Anchored plaza with CVS, Dollar Tree, Subway, Armed forces and other retail stores like ice cream shops and dance studios.
The space was used as a medical office and is fully built out having two handicapped bathrooms as well as 6 exam lab medical rooms.

The broker notes its location as “North main street across from the old Depot square and soon to be Renaissance downtowns. The Broker advises people to “Get in now while prices are low.”

So, what would you like to see there? Tell us on our Facebook page.
