The West End Association will hold its third annual Rockwell Park Summer Festival on Saturday August 16, 2014. Last year’s festival was attended by over 10,000 people who enjoyed the games and competitions, art show, car show, food and craft vendors, a huge Kids Zone and 20 bands on two stages.This year’s festival promises to continue last years event of fun for families.
